BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS and curate your own event the way YOU want it! We allow 30 minutes PRIOR to booking times for set ups. Our exit times are hard exit times. Included in the event fee are the following seating options: -One 3-4 person couch -Two leather lounge chairs -Three 2-3 person benches -Seven Eames style chairs -Ten bar stools NOTE: Guests are welcomed to bring additional furniture as needed.

House Rules

We ask our guests to act in common sense when using our space. We are happy for you to bring your own drinks, food and alcohol. We will provide trash cans so if anything spills or drops we'd love a little assistance in cleaning up.

Cancellations

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
